As part of my education at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, I was given a number of opportunities to implement my skills in research in projects throughout the university. This project was in support of our Student Wellness Center, in which the director wanted a survey to be created to gauge student satisfaction of the services offered at the center. The below report covers planning documentation, launch plan, analysis plan, question rationale in addition to the actual survey which was created using Qualtrics.
